Maryland HQL

This training is required for Maryland residents only. Once you have completed this training, you will be able to apply for the HQL, which is needed to purchase a pistol in the state of Maryland. It includes online and in-person training. ( VA conceal carry training included, no additional charge) Range expenses are the student’s responsibility.
